Cross Sighted
What is this blog and what is with the name?
Well my hope and prayer for this blog, is that my experiences and writings would further encourage you to focus on the CROSS that Jesus died on, and this would lead to your focus on Jesus who died on the Cross. I pray that those who read this would learn to see things with a CrossSighted vision. What Does Cross Sighted vision look like? Well I came up with the Name Cross Sighted because I was thinking of looking at things through the Cross Hairs of A scope on a high powered rifle. When you are hunting or just shooting a rifle, you use a scope to focuse in on your targets. Then I was thinking about my life as one who lives for christ. This gave Cross Sighted new meaning to me. I should focuse on the world through the sight of the Cross. The Cross being the place where Jesus was sacrificied because of Gods love for me. If I am to live a Cross Centered life then the way I act and treat others should be of the same love that Christ has for me. Being Cross Sighted means seeing things through the Cross where you where reedemed. Meaning you are not most important.
